Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.

• You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

• Sale items

• Opened or used skincare products (due to hygiene)

To start a return, contact us at jabrani.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
